Splits course
I believe that flexibility is an important part of a woman’s overall appearance and physical fitness. That is why I decided to devote more time to
gymnastics and stretching. When I chose to develop in this area, I completed an online splits course I was very pleased with the result. The course is well structured, and the exercises are explained in detail,
including what each movement is intended to achieve. This made the training much more understandable and effective for me.
