Windows 7 Crash

Hello,
I just installed eJukebox on my fresh Windows 7 Ultimate installation. When eJukebox is loading it always crashes and closes while loading the plaback device. I have Winamp installed as well. eJukebox is installed in the root C directory and I am running it as an administrator. Any ideas as to what is wrong?

Click "This program Installed Correctly" and double click the EJ desktop icon.
For me it also crashes on Loading Playback Device the first time after installing on Win7. I have been trying with no luck to figure out what causes the first time crash. After that first time it works good for me from the EJ desktop icon.

If it keeps crashing let me know and if there are any details or there is a file name listed in the error message.

Hi Audiosoft,
Unfortunately the software continues to crash each time it is started. I only get the standard windows 7 error message that doesn't give any specifics and asks if you want to look for a solution.

Save the attached file to your EJukebox folder and Run
Please let me know the last # you see in the debugger window when it crashes

hmmm that means it got further than Loading Playback
What does the loading screen say when it crashes while 20 shows in the debugger?

have you tried renaming the ejukebox.ini temporarily and seeing if EJ would start?

Hi Audiosoft,
Forcing eJukebox to create a new ini fixed the problem and things now load up correctly. Thanks for your help!
