Purchasing not working

 Hi,
I am trying to purchase an additional licence however the website is not working.
When I get to the option to pay, the Paypal dropdown does not work so I cannot select this option. I also cannot see where I can purchase using a credit card as the "Select here for secure payment" link is not displayed.

Please advise if there is an alternate method I should be doing.
