The obvious one you missed is "eJukeTouch".

Hate to say it, but the eWhatever is tremedously overplayed, wrung out, and garners no rewards when used in a name. Avoid using eAnything if at all possible!

I would have downloaded a spamfilter for the forum (if available). Spam is starting to grow into a problem around here, so it is better to deal with it sooner than later? Thereafter, I would have used the winning formula: Code things for ejukebox and release it to the community for testing, feedback and discussions :)

Problem solved! Anonymous posting has been turned off for this section of the forum. The reason all the spam was coming here was because it was the only section that allowed anonymous posts.

There are also a lot of new REGISTERED "suspicious traders" (it's a euphemism!) almost every day..

Audiosoft, maybe the registration process is not enough secure?
I know you always remove these kind of posts, but before that they are a very unpleasant company!

What if I made it so email validation was required to become a forum member? Do you think that would help?

I agree if you think that will be enough to stop the spammers? Otherwise, maybe you could add a graphic code that only a real user can interpret during the registration process? Well I don't know.. I'm not a specialist in security!
