Crashing On Importing CDs

Audiosoft,
Thanks for sending me the new key today. But the eJukebox seems to have a problem importing from CDs. Just as I click go to start the rip, XP reports eJ has crashed and they are sorry. Just now it crashed while reading the cd. But it did work one time succesfully reading, getting info, ripping and adding to the eJ went fine. But only the one time. The rest are crashes. Just tried it again. When it tries to read the CD..crash...leaving poor winamp to struggle on by itself.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Win XP Media Center (all current patches for OS and IE)

Windows Media Center 2005

Hi, I know that this is an old problem report, but having just rebuilt the machine with MS Media Center 2005. I have having exactly the same issue.

It crashes when you have filled in all the inforamtion, and you then get to small screen saying press GO, when you press go Windows says sorry, and eJukeboxes stops.

Is ther any issue between XP Professional versus Media Center?

As ejukebox is one of the main applications on this machine, I need it to work correctly. If I need to I will go back to a straight XP Proffessional, but would rather not do a rebuild unless I really have to.

Thanks
