A build-in visualization in the Now Playing panel

How about a build-in visualization -a spectral bar graph- displayed on the same line than the player buttons, occupying the empty space when the now playing panel is enlarged ?
The bar graph would appear when the user stretch the now playing panel, and would be automatically resized proportionally to the new free space between the buttons...

I think that would be nice for eJulebox 4.0, in addition to the already planed large play/pause fwd buttons of course! :D

And I would see all that maybe in Flash, because it's very cool for resizing! Try to resize the window of this "Flash radio" demo: http://www.a4flash.com/lib/access/FR001/FR001.swf

Thanks.

Ahh... that's right! :D
I've also seen this post briefly, but at work... and I missed the famous .exe file!! So I don't know how it looks? :(

But Willum :), maybe you still have it? I would be interested to try it too...
I'm very impatient we have it displayed over the playlist, I suppose.

Otherwise, my present request concern a small "frequency bar graph", as inside the Winamp panel. You know these little bars who jump up and down according to the music... ;)

Thanks.

The good news is : It looks exacly you ask for (small frequency bar graph)
The bad news is: I have looked around my system, but I could't find it.
But I think you can expect it in the next release :D

OK... Thanks Willum ;)

PS: The name of this visualization was: "ejvis.exe" (22kb). Maybe you could launch a Windows search for this file name on your PC ? :)
PS #2: Personally, by luck I still have the entire text of the original Audiosoft post - printed - on my desk! :D But only the text...

So Audiosoft,
Yes I think it is worth the effort having realtime bars and scopes! :) Providing that doesn't slow down eJukebox, of course...

Thanks.

Sorry to be pedantic, but the correct spelling is Terabyte (not Terrabyte)

Mark.

I wonder how long until we start measuring disks in Petabytes? :o
