Upgraded to v3.96 now not working at all....

I've upgraded to v3.96 and now every time I try to open EJukebox it brings up Microsoft Frontpage installer and if I exit out of that it closes the opening page (Page with Red Music symbol and Registered user name) of EJukebox. Now I cannot run it at all....Please help.

On top of that I have not tried to re-install it because I cannot find the registration # that I received from you so I am affraid to re-install and land up with a trial version again.

What are my options? Thank you for your time and what ever help you can give me.
