Using EJ with a proxy

Can anybody tell me how EJ detects your internet settings. I am now using a proxy server and am having trouble getting track information to download when ripping a cd. In the EJ main screen I can get all other internet based options; I can click info and the main screen is replaced by the google search engine etc., but it wont connect when I try to look up album art. I connected to the help forum in the usual manner by selecting the option off the menu.

Thks

Using EJ with Proxy Server

Does anybody have any ideas on this? Really could do with an answer as it is making all album art lookup and CD info impossible to use and ruining the ONLY programme I have ever purchased after a trial period, well 3 hours into the trial! Come on guys - please don't let me down and ruin this god like image I have of you all!:(
