We can not connect to server!!!

We have just downloaded Ejuke, but as we are trying to register we can not make connection to server.
The money has been transfert so that is not it.
can any body tell me what to do??:(

The registration server has been/is up. Most likely you need to configure your firewall software so that it allows eJukebox to access the internet. Normally in your firewall configuration there will be a entry for ejukebox.exe...you need to make sure its not being blocked.

Just to isolate the issue, turn of your firewall for testing purposes if it's really the one causing it.
