Cannot install new version

I was unable to install version 5.70. I hoped once 5.71 was released, it would fix itself, but no luck. Whenever I open the program it asks if I would like to upgrade, if I click ys, it downloads and tries to install, but always comes back with an error. I am pasting the link of a previous thread below that references the stats of my machine. Thanks

there is a problem with Windows crashing the Automatic update on some systems.
To get around that, close EJukebox then download and run the Upgrade from http://audiosoft.net/ejukebox_upgrade.exe

Tried it and it works. I may also try to disable the firewall while udating and see if it makes a difference.
