problem with artist toolbar
Once you clicked on the X -Button to hide the toolbar, the > -Button to get a list of all artists (not only the alphabet) will only show an empty
window 'till the next restart of eJukebox.

long artist names get wrapped - it would be much nicer to have a big enough window poping up!
