eJukebox.9.sub ControlVisualMemoire Insuffisante

Hey guys

My eJukebox is now unusable, I tried reinstalling, deleting the whole ejukebox dir, I always get eJukebox.9.sub ControlVisualMemoire Insuffisante error message when I right-click on a song or try to make one play... if I don't touch anything it probably won't crash.

At first I thought I had a busted RAM, and I did, but after I removed it, the problem was the same...

Help!

Anyone at Audiosoft around?

I would expect a little technical support for a paying customer... What can I do, my Ejukebox has become totally unusable?

Are you using eJukebox with winamp or the internal player? What skin are you using and are you on XP or Vista?
Try installing windows media player 11 and then restart eJukebox. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.mspx
