I have just purchased EJukebox Pro, can I turn off the Random Autoplay at the start of the program. If so can anyone assist by explaining as to what I have to do.

Welcome aboard! In EJukebox do:
Tools->Options->PlayMode tab
Click the currently selected Mode's tab to disable Autoplay
