trentonknight - 10-30-2003 at 04:02 AM

Is there anyone I can talk to about my lost registration number. I just made a move where I had to reinstall my os afterwards and I need to reinstall ejukebox. However, in the move I missplace where I wrote down my reg number. Thanks

Just write an eMail to regupdate@audiosoft.net and ask for a new registration number.
Audiosoft should send a new one soon.

great support
i have turn back my clock??
waiting 12 hours for new serial.
:(:(:(
and all this for 50 Dollars:(:(

Audiosoft - 11-24-2003 at 10:40 PM

jogi,

Check your email. We have sent you your updated registration code.

With v3.6 and later there should no longer be any possibility of "clock setback" problems for registered users.

sjb700 - 12-16-2003 at 08:56 PM

recently my harddisk blew itself to pieces... my reg number for jukebox was in a text file on the disk...

I was wondering if you could send me a new one. I originally registered with sjb700@soton.ac.uk, however that account is no longer available to me as I have finished my uni course.
My new address is: steve_ballantine@hotmail.com

please help me out :/
Thanks. Steve.

Yeah, I need a new number due to a crash while experimenting with video cards. I never thought that I had sent it from a different address. I sent it as aherring@dickinson.ctctel.com instead of spazz_333@hotmail.com where I registered.

flummi - 12-17-2003 at 09:04 PM

I also need a new regestration nr because of new installing windows. I wrote an email to regupdate@audiosoft.net and also wrote a message to audiosoft with my old serial nr and the other registration dates.

So please Audiosoft, send me a new serial. (and I hope for a new registration method in the future, because I often change my hardware and install windows new - it's my hobby !!!!!!).:)

My new ID is 321956

flummi - 12-18-2003 at 05:08 PM

Birkemose, Have you remembered to give audiosoft the id of your ejukebox installation?

Are you from Norway by the way? Your alias sure is norwegian enough :)

*Copied out of unanswered email Jan 6, 2004*

Audiosoft,

I continue to enjoy owning a copy of your eJukebox. It is my porthole to music in my home.

If you read below, I once before could not register my copy because I reinstalled. It’s that time again. I need to reinstall.

The application ID on startup is: 5027609
I only have 4 days left, OMG!!
Please let me know the required reg code.
my eMail is nmades4030@wideopenwest.com

Nathan,

We plan on eventually redoing the registration system so that at some point we will send you a single permanent code.

Now, I need a new regnumber too.

After three emails to regupdate@audiosoft.net without answer,
I wrote an U2U message to Audiosoft, but it wasn't read until now.

So, Audiosoft, please check your U2U-Inbox!

Thanks,
Jan

Try using contact@audiosoft.net . I remember that they have had problems with an agressive spamfilter at times, filtering out too much.

Fishy - 2-5-2004 at 01:42 PM

Birkemose: hmm.. I have never had this problem since I have never done a reinstall since I installed ej. But it's gonna happen soon, and I don't look forward to it if it's a trend that one have to wait for weeks and months to get another code.

I sure hope audiosoft will take some affair to make the registration system work better. So some users don't have to wait forever to get a new regcode. It may irritate existing users and scare potential users away from the program. I don't want to complain, but due to some posts in the forum it seems like a problem that should be fixed at any costs. I hope my critics are taken as constructive..

Anyhow I sure hope you'll get your code and it may be a good tip to use the mailbox that Junk posted.

Norway was once a part of the danish Union and I tend to spend summers at the Roskilde festival so I'll have a Cigar anyhow :)

bafcom - 2-5-2004 at 01:52 PM

Birkemose,

I had the same problem, and I have already sent my request for a new Code to audiosoft. They replyed but it takes time. Be patient and hopeful.:P

birkemose - 4-22-2004 at 11:18 AM

:( Hi all.. I was wording if I'm the only one that is unsuccessful in getting a new serial. :(

I must say I slowly getting from supper happy audiosoft fan to dark force hate towards audiosoft scum of the earth

junk - 4-22-2004 at 12:42 PM

I have experienced that my mail can be spammed away by audiosoft's much too aggressive spam filter.

This might seem like a stupid question, but have you tried U2U'ing Audiosoft recently?

Audiosoft - 4-22-2004 at 03:41 PM

birkemose,
We searched through all our email, spam folders included, and have not received a message from the email you have listed in your profile.

We had added a web based "New Registration Code Request" form to: http://www.audiosoft.net/order.htm

Click the "I already ordered eJukebox and need to update my registration" link to view and fill out the request form.

This is what all users should use from now on if they need a new registration code. It allows us to keep all requests in an organized manner and will insure that we we receive all requests and are able to email users back with their new code faster.
