i get the live update when i start EJ to 5.21 so i click ok and it seems to download ok but when i select to close EJ to install it closes but doesn't install.

i clicked on the EJukeboxUpgrade.exe and get the message that the file is valid, but is for a machine type other than the current machine.

win xp pro sp3 64bit

sorry for the late reply. i opened up EJ this morning.. got the upgrade popup to 5.23. click on ok and same thing. it downloaded fine, shut down EJ to install but never installed.

i clicked on your link above and it downloaded the 5.23 upgrade.exe file and that installed fine and am now running the current version. it just wouldn't do it automatic. this is the first time i have had this issue.. it has always upgraded without any problems prior.

the automatic upgrade has never worked for me! however that doesn't interfere me to much since I can still upgrade manually.
