Problems with Full Screen Mode
bosh - 6-17-2003 at 05:07 PM

I have my desktop set up to display at 800x600 resolution, but when I try to start eJukebox full screen @ 1024x768, it has problems centering itself - almost 1/3 of the interface disappears off top of the screen.

If I set the desktop to 1024x768 there isn't any problem.

Anyone else noticing this bug?

Just tested it and I get the same error.
I changed my desktop to 800*600 and then went fullscreen in eJ with 1024*768

This is what it looks like...

Audiosoft, have you confirmed or looked into this issue? I am curious as to if it will be fixed in future releases...

Just curious...why would anyone have there desktop set at 800x600 then goto 1024x768 for eJukebox's fullscreen. Seems to me if a user only uses a desktop resolution of 800x600 that usually means they are using a small monitor...so why would they want to make eJukebox look smaller on screen.

I suppose I am in the minority, but here is why want to use 800x600 for my desktop, and 1024x768 for eJukebox:

I am using a 15" monitor, so eJukebox looks good at 1024*768. However, the same PC is also connected to my TV, and when I choose TV out for viewing DIVX or other video files, the desktop has to be set to 800*600. It's a minor inconvienence to have to always be changing the desktop resolution before and after wanting to use the TV out feature, so I would like to be able to leave the desktop at the lower resolution, and launch eJukebox at a higher resolution (as I always use eJukebox on the monitor, not the TV.)
