Better touch usuability

Is it possible to make eJukebox more friendly for use with a touchscreen? Options (settings, hotlist, tools etc.) are hard to control with a touchscreen. I still have to use a mouse for this.

Would be great if you could control eJukebox without a mouse or keyboard.
