audiosoft hamstringing itself with web site

At least 90% of your potential market for ejukebox is going to run screaming for the hills when they see what amounts to a changelog on the main page, with a features page that says "um... see changelog for more." 90% is conservative, it's probably closer to 99%. Do you know how many alternatives MP3 software seekers have? A little bit of polish goes a LONG way.

People need to have confidence that the software is going to work well, or they will never download it. The quickest way to convince them it won't work well is a web site that looks unmaintained.

It would only take someone a couple hours, tops, to clean it up and make a proper features document out of the update list. Does someone trying to figure out what the software does really need to be sifting through lists of old, now-fixed bugs?

Please take this as the constructive advice that it is. I'm guessing you're all programmers, which is great, but if you want to eat you'll have to sell at least a few.

Thanks for the suggestion. We were intending on redoing the web site soon. We realize the importance of this, it is just that we have not had the time to do it lately as we are constantly working on improving the software.
