Is there anybody alive at audiosoft?

Because of a system-reinstall (my old system had non-repairable direct-x-bug/damage/whatever! ... the directx-hardwaregraphicacceleration did not work anymore) i need to update my registration.

I send an email and used the form on your registration-page.

And think what: over 30 days without any response.

When do you (audiosoft) think to answer? When get i my updated key?

I understand they don't want pirates stealing this software, but should those of us that actually pay for the thing have to pay the price for theives behavior? When I bought this thing over a year ago, I was afraid this kind of thing would eventually happen and I'd end up being someone who "rented" the program, rather than "bought" it.

I went ahead and purchased it because of the glowing posts from members here saying that the support was second to none. I'm beginning to believe that was a thing of the past.

I'm hoping they'll prove me wrong.

I really don't want to have to shell out $50 filing fee to take them to court over a $30 piece of software but that's what it looks like will end up happening.

I am really sorry...I have been putting all my effort into updating the registration system. Soon you will all have a new permanent email and password account that lets you view and apply your licenses from inside eJukebox. The new email/password accounts will be totally automatted so you will no longer need to ask for new codes or worry about application id #'s.

I had hoped to have it done already but it looks like it is gonna take me another week to finish up. So...I have just sent out new codes for people that used the reg code request form...hopefully it will be the last time i need to do so. So check your email for your reg code.

Here is a preview image of how the new registration system will work when you enter your account email and password in eJukebox.

No Problem! Thanx for the code. It's good to have eJukebox online again. Hopefully, I don't need a new code in some time... But like i know Windows the next forced reinstallation is just a matter of time.
