After downloading the 3.99 Version (I deleted previous version because everytime I turned it on it asked to update) The installer downloaded fine I put it on my desktop. I click on it to install a window pops up I click run , another window pops up says Installer preparing for extraction then goes away then nothing happens. What is wrong and how do I get my program back? my email is iluvpepsi5@pnx.com

Yes and I have tried to reinstall older versions and they have done the same thing

I think you should return to the eJukebox download page: http://www.audiosoft.net/download.htm
and click on "Click Here if eJukebox doesn't work after installation".

Audiosoft please help I own the program and it will not install on my computer I have reinstalled and downloaded updates as i said before but when I try to install it just quits....

Sometimes the installer needs to restart your computer after installation and if you do not restart and try to run the installer again it will disapear. Try restarting your computer then redownload and reinstall eJukebox after a fresh windows boot.

Probably not it.. But sometimes the non-obvious is the answer. Do you have enough harddrive space available on C: to hold the temporary files that ejukebox extracts before installation?
