Forums Hacked Last Night
Audiosoft - 9-30-2004 at 11:09 AM

Unfortunately the forum board got hacked last night by someone connecting via a school in Saudi Arabia named Abo Karim.

Hey Abo, instead of trashing a website operated by someone who was against the USA going into Iraq; why don't you do us all a favor and go out in the middle of the desert and blow yourself up or something.

For anyone that is interested:
Here is a link to a copy of what the forum hack looked like (Warning: it is pretty scary):
http://audiosoft.net/forumhack9-30-04copy.htm

Thankfully we just backed up the forums so we were able to restore them pretty quick. Also, we have upgraded the forums today in order to increase security...plus add some new features.

Great to see that lame hacking attempt on making a political statement indirectly resulting in a better forum... Nice :)

for f^%k sake - if you are going to hack a site and post a message for the world to see at least:

1. Spell the bloody message correctly

2. Have a contructive and intelligent message.

Bloody nob

What happens to sand whenever it is exposed to high heat? IT TURNS TO GLASS. Let's make them have lots of glass. Glass as far as the eye can see.

Good work, Audiosoft.

Guess there are around 300 millions different opinions in the US about US politics.. Generalizing from around 100 people to an huge population like that is going to make you look really really stupid :)

All my country's cities taken together are about the same size as Manhattan, New York.. And belive me, there are a lot of different points of view up here too.. At least I would know what to answer if someone tried to tell me that all norwegians are thinking and acting upon the same.. Please give me a break... Stereotyping and attacking random websides are not going to make the world a better place.. And attacking small websides and forums based on an international effort, like this one.. Then we're literally talking about destructing sollutions instead of creating them..

A cookie cutter hack page? Must have been a school project.
