I have tried everything, even resaved the albums, they are shown in the list when I click on the songs from my computer hdd but they will not show in the list of albums. I''m ready to give up.

Not sure if you tried this already but...after adding new songs to the eJukebox music database you need to click the "FULL LIST" button above the album list in order to refresh the album list so it shows newly added albums.

yup, done that many times.
Its actually playing the album when it restarts, shows the album picture in the playing column on the left, but won't line it up in list of albums
