I love the black and red contrasts, the lighting of your graphics, and their details. Your 3D effects are great!

Thanks Pirk, glad you liked it. yes checkboards are allways good for 3d effect. The songlist was a challenge, but then it is always good there are good examples to look at.

finally I have time to edit my own skin and test some new here in the forum.

I like this one - esp. it don't looks like a standard-skin.

But I think there is quite some detail-work to do.
Here are are some suggestions:

As you can see on my screenshots the picture behind the playlist is to small for big widescreen-resulution "1680 x 1050".
Anyway - but thats my opinion - I would remove the cd and the box.
Sorry to say that - they don't look good - they look painted by a rookie. I know you can better!
Parhaps you take a photo of the cd-case an the cd, edit & insert this picture.

That's all for now - I'm looking forward to see a new version of this one!

I know the cd and box turned out bad. I got the inspiration from a really cool pix and then I trashed it
I was starting with a new skin in the summer and now its been a while since I was playing around with gfx. I will soon get into it and then I might refresh this one.
