Updated version of my original BlueJ skin now with layered transparency in the songlist and other improvements.
To Install this Skin:
Save the attached BlueJ 2.zip as Crogram FileseJukeboxSkinsBlueJ 2.zip
or Extract the zip to Crogram FileseJukeboximagesBlueJ 2
Then click Tools -> Skin -> BlueJ 2 in eJukebox to use the skin.

Hallo Audiosoft,
I really like this skin - except of the "No-Cover-Skull"-Picture.
Therefore I made a new one - I somebody likes it, feel free to use it:

Thanks for posting your nocover image mchawk!
BTW there is a skin called 'EJ' that gets installed with eJukebox v4.5. 'EJ' will always be the latest BlueJ skin. Right now 'EJ' is BlueJ 4
which also gets rid of those skull images.
I think BlueJ/EJ still needs improvements...any new graphics like this, skin mods or suggestions are appreciated.
The song and album name fonts are not being displayed correctly when EJ starts using the BlueJ 2 or EJ Skins. The only way I can fix them is to load
a new skin e.g. Silvertunez and then reload the BlueJ 2 or EJ.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
is anyone else having a problem with the fonts?
blackcat,
what version of windows are you using?
I don't see how this could be a problem. eJukebox temporarily installs the skin's fonts when the skin is loaded so they should always show up. You
can try permanently installing the fonts by opening the Fonts folder from the windows control panel and then dragging the following files to the fonts
folder:
Crogram FileseJukeboximagesEJBITSUMIS.TTF
Crogram FileseJukeboximagesEJGOTHIC.TTF
Crogram FileseJukeboximagesEJLCD-BOLD.TTF
I'm using Vista.
When I browse my ejukebox folder I get an additional button in explorer called Compatability files. When I click this it jumps to another folder
located in Appdata/local/virtualstore/program files/ejukebox where the following files/folders are stored:-
Autolists folder
images folder
skins folder
ejuke.asn file
ejukebox.ini file
temp.bmp
version.html
Although this looks wierd, eJukebox runs fine, apart from the graphics errors above.
RE: is anyone else having a problem with the fonts?
No font problem for me.
But I've noticed another problem when eJ stars: cf my screenshot.
This error message is displayed twice, behind the splash screen.. I need to move this message box and click "OK", all that twice, before eJ can load
and play music, using Winamp!!
When did that start happening Pirk?
Audiosoft, I think it started well.. since you added the winamp path search! So v4.5 I think?
Sorry i have not reported this before, but as now it seems persistent.. while that was good for me before v4.5!
And, Yes Audiosoft, Winamp works good after the 2 error messages.
Winamp is in "c:program fileswinamp". That is written correctly in the ejukebox.ini file.
I've just tried to restart eJukebox several times: The error message show up only once for each start, at the moment.
OK I think I have found the problem.
Does eJukebox show the message before it loads winamp or after?
RE: Does eJukebox show the message before it loads winamp or after?
Before: If I don't confirm the message winamp doesn't load and ejukebox neither..
Great you found the error!
blackcat and Pirk,
Thank You for brining the Vista issues to my attention.
eJukebox 4.53 should fix both the fonts and the winamp sync message. Please let me know if it does the trick for you or not.
Click Here to Download the 4.53 Upgrade
Make sure to Shutdown eJukebox before installing
That's perfect Audiosoft: No more winamp sync message with your version 4.53.
Thanks a lot for the quick fix!
Version 4.53 does not fix my font problems.
After I install upgrades and eJukebox automatically starts it does not recognise my music library. I have to cancel this and restart eJukebox
normally for my music library to be recognised. Does this relate to the fact that some of my eJukebox files and folders are not stored in the
cprogram fileseJukebox directory (see above post).
I found this re vista compatibility files:-
