Runtime error: LockX.ocx

Have been running the software for about a month, not sure what happened (I haven't installed new or hardware or even software that I can think of) but now I get:
"LockX.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered or a file is missing or invalid"
Do I need to reinstall the software? If so, do I need to re-register or will the existing serial work on the same computer?

Yes, you will need to reinstall eJukebox over the old copy (your music database and settings will remain intact). Then email sales@audiosoft.net with your new Application ID# that appears on the eJukebox startup screen, then we will email you back a new code.
