Dear Audiosoft.net
15 days ago I dowloaded a trail version of Ejukebox, today I bought the full version, but I have problem with my licens. Everytime I close Ejukebox and want's to open Ejukeboks again, I get the following message: Your license is full. And when i press this link I get this message:
This License is Full. Please Order a new License from Audiosoft.NET or Remove this License from an Existing EJukebox Installation.
Installation Register Date Remove License
TAGENYPC 2010-10-06 05:28:29 Removable in 29 Days

In order to prevent abuse of this interface you are: Limited to Removing 1 Installation Every 30 Days. If you wish to remove an installation manually without limitation please click "Remove License" on the EJukebox Installation's About/Startup Dialog.

How can I continue to use your program? What can I do to use or re-activate my license again? :(

OK you are no longer full.
right click the EJ desktop shortcut and select run as administrator
then click Register Now and Use License
if it still doesn't stay registered please let me know your windows version

Hi Audiosoft

Thank you for the answar, I did what you told me to do, but unfortunately I still have the same problem. When I close EJ and start the progrm up again, I get the same message as entioned earlier: 'This License is Full' and then I can't use EJ anymore.

My windows version is: Windows Vista Home Premium

Audiosoft - 10-8-2010 at 12:53 AM

maybe because you did not enter a 'last name' when you created your account. I have added your last name.
Try it again. Start up EJ click Register Now and Use License.
2. Does it show registered and say your name while loading the next time you start EJ?
3. Are you installed in C:EJukebox?

Hopefully the above works and this will not be necessary but...

Click Register Now!, click License is Full, Remove License and then Use License.
Please let me know if it stays registered on your next start up with 5.34.

Dear Audiosoft.net

Thank you for the answar, now the program is working :D

I have from the begining, installed it on the location C:EJukebox, but I think that the problem was the missing last name.
About 5 times, I have opened and closed EJ and there is as far as i can see no problem anymore.

Thank you for responding this quickly and helping me with solving the problem :)

Kind regards
Tage

Great! I have fixed it so it is required to enter first and last name in the account sign up form again
like it was before a few weeks ago. sorry for the trouble my mistake.

Dear Audiosoft.net

Sorry, but now I have the same problem again, after I upgrade to version v5.34. my license is full.

I did exactly what you write in Network Forums and on audiosoft.net, and I try to remove my license, but I can't start up EJ

'Full and Upgrade installers are now available for v5.34 at http://audiosoft.net/download.htm'

'Note: Make sure to Shutdown EJukebox before installing the upgrade.'

I hope you can help me again.

Kind regards
Tage

OK you are reset but i need to know...did it stay registered with v5.33?
or was that with the v5.34 Alpha i posted to you?

try this...save the attached file to C:EJukebox
the file will make it always Run as Administrator
double click the ejukebox.exe and then click Use License!

Hopefully that will work. Let me know. If it does i will make the manifest file install with all future versions.

Tage - 10-11-2010 at 11:24 PM

My license is still full, I remove my license, and use the license, and now EJ working again.

It was registered wih v5.33 before I upgrade, I dont use the v5.4 Alpha you posted me.
Now after upgrade, EJ stay registered with v5.34

And there is as far as i can see no problem anymore.

Thank you very must for your help ;)

Kind regards
Tage
