Hi All,

After a windowscrash we had to reinstall windows on the same machine. Was able to save the running Ejukebox in c:program files
However when i try to start Ejukebox, it says that the trail has run out of time, and that i have messed with the date of the system..

Then, when i press register and fill in my details (birdy - at -koffieshop.nl) it does not display any registered versions. It does show the correct details...

How do i get Ejukebox re-registered (its a lifetime account)

Birdy,

Seems you registered twice with different email addresses. You purchased eJukebox with your hotmail email address so you must use that one in eJukebox to activate your license. Click 'Register Now' in eJukebox and enter your hotmail email and password then click 'Use License'.

If you forgot the eJukebox password that goes with your hotmail email address use this LINK

Its working again !
There has been a mixup in the past, the machine was registered from the @hotmail address, however a previaus error in the windows made us reregister again
The second account was created under the @koffieshopbirdy address.

All is working and all happy again !
