Can't install 4.0 - trial is up

I get a message saying Trial Days: 0 on the first day I installed and tried 4.0. I tried ejukebox 3.9x at one time but uninstalled it after 30 days I was having lockup issues and DB issues. I saw that 4.0 was released and wanted to test it. Did the 3.9x uninstall leave something behind I need to remove? I loved what I saw in 3.9x I suppose 4.0 is even better and the DB and lockups are fixed. Please let me know what I need to do to test 4.0. :(

You can still format your HD, but.. I agree that is not very handy! Otherwise buy it, Audiosoft will be happy, and you too! :)

Formating is a bit drastic. I had issues with 3.95 locking up and some DB issues. I'm not spending $69.00 till I can test 4.0. I hope the software creator has a better suggestion than yours. Their must be a key or file that got left behind.

Yeh im a bit the same. Had issues with the other versions so it wasn't worth me purchasing the program. Would be nice to try V4 but im not going to format the hard drive just for that. Put it down to a lost sale.

Audiosoft I see your posting to other forums since I've posted. Can you let me know if there is a solution or should I just give up?

Tell you what....I will try to get v4.1 to give a 3 day extension to people who are expired. If I am able to make it do this it will only work once so make sure to use it all 3 days! v4.1 will be release early next week.

I'll make sure to install it on a Friday so I can get the full 3 days of testing.
